• Where is the store based?

• About Our Soaps, bath and body products

  Our soaps are handcrafted starting with a clear glycerin base and Goat milk base.Then we add oils noted for natural moisturizing, such as coconut oil and Shea butter. Some soaps have herbs or seeds used for color or gentle exfoliating such sage, turmeric, lavender, apricot seeds. Some of the herbs are also noted for healing properties in the case of dry skin and eczema. The colors are hand blended from food safe coloring. The fragrances are a combination of hand selected fragrance oils and or essential oils. Our kids soap are made with less fragrance for those younger, still growing, bodies. All Magick Moss bath and body products are hand made by me with great care and sterilized utensils. I use natural and organic ingredients whenever possible. All body butters do not contain any fragrance oils, just essential oils. The legal bits: No claims by Robinscottage regarding their products have been evaluated by the FDA and none are meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or any health issue. You choose these products using your own sound judgment, and Magick Moss is not liable for poor judgment or misuse of their products by customers

• About Our Candles

  Our candles are hand poured from 100% ecologically safely harvested soy wax, a renewable resource. Soy wax is Eco friendly and burns longer and cleaner than tradition paraffin wax. Our fragrances are hand picked and blended. The colors when used are also hand blended, which can cause a variation in the color from one batch to the next. We use premium fragrance oils that are phthalates free. Enjoy!

• What are my are my options for local delivery?

  If you know me personally and would like me to bring your items to an event that we both plan on attending, or would like free home delivery within 5 miles of Royal Oak, or pick up from me directly, please choose "In Person Pick-up" as your shipping option at checkout and email me at [email protected] to make arrangements or leave me a note in the "note to seller" box. If you choose this option and you are not local, I will have to bill you for shipping. In Person Pick-up is only for my local people. Thank you. Robin LaFrance

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do, but on an individual basis, please email us before ordering from overseas.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal office and UPS. We provide tracking information for all shipments, if something is needed in a hurry, send us an email and we will work something out if possible. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Magick Moss is hand crafted, earth friendly products with a touch of whimsy. All of our products are handcrafted by myself and my daughter Jessica. Our artwork is original along with our fragrance blends. We strive to use earth friendly materials and buy our supplies on a local level or USA based as much as possible.
